Signing Up for eCommunications is Easy in Online Banking

  1. Register for online banking by clicking here. You’ll need your member number as well as some personal information. If you’ve already registered, log in here. If you do not know your member number, please contact us at 800.936.7730 (U.S.) or 00800.4728.2000 (International).
  2. Here you will want to accept the eCommunications agreement.
  3. Once accepted, you’ll be able to view eStatements and other important documents as they become available.

Have a Mortgage Product with Us?

  1. Login to online banking and click on “Your Mortgage”
  2. From “Your Mortgage”, click on “eStatus” and “Statements/Documents
  3. Here you can opt-in to eCommunications/Paperless statements.
  4. Be sure to accept disclosures and select to turn off statements
