If you’re enrolled in Service Credit Union online banking, you can pay your loan payment from a Service Credit Union account, or an external account, with no fee. Simply go to "Move Money" in online banking or our mobile app and select "Transfer and Pay" to pay your loan.

To make a self-service payment by phone, please call 833.216.7843 (U.S. only). A $4.99 convenience fee is charged when making a self-serve payment by following the automated prompts.

If you require assistance from a member services representative to make a payment by phone, please call 800.936.7730 (U.S.) or 00800.4728.2000 (Int’l) and ask to speak with an agent. A convenience fee of $9.99 will be charged for a phone payment made via a member services representative.
