Service Credit Union offers several convenient ways to make loan payments online.

Pay a Loan in Online Banking

If you’re enrolled in Service Credit Union online banking, you can pay your loan payment with no fee. Simply go to "Move Money" and select "Transfer & Pay" to pay your Service Credit Union loan in online banking or our mobile app. To pay with an external account, go to “Pay Your Service Credit Union Loan” in the online banking navigation bar or under the “More” menu in the Service Credit Union mobile app.

To make a self-service payment by phone, please call 833.216.7843 (U.S. only). A convenience fee of $4.99 is charged when making a self-serve payment by following the automated prompts. If you require assistance from a member services representative to make a payment by phone, please call 800.936.7730 (U.S.) or 00800.4728.2000 (Int’l) and ask to speak with an agent. A convenience fee of $9.99 will be charged for a phone payment made via a member services representative.
