Service Credit Union offers three convenient ways to make loan payments online.

Pay a Loan in Online Banking

If you’re enrolled in Service Credit Union online banking, you can pay your loan payment with no fee. Simply go to "Move Money" in online banking or our mobile app and select "Transfer and Pay" to pay your loan.

To pay with an external account:

Go to "Pay Your Service CU Loan" in the online banking navigation bar or under the "More" menu in the Service Credit Union mobile app.

Make a one-time or recurring loan payment using a checking or savings account

Guest User

Make a same-day or future one-time loan payment using a checking account, savings account, or debit card.
A payment will be credited to the loan on the day of the payment for all payments made by 11:59 p.m.
$2.99 convenience fee

Pay a Loan by Phone

To make a self-service payment by phone, please call 833.216.7843 (U.S. only). A $4.99 convenience fee is charged when making a self-serve payment by following the automated prompts.

If you require assistance from a member services representative to make a payment by phone, please call 800.936.7730 (U.S.) or 00800.4728.2000 (Int’l) and ask to speak with an agent. A convenience fee of $9.99 will be charged for a phone payment made via a member services representative.
