SEPA
SEPA Makes European Payments Simple and QuickA more efficient way to pay in Europe
The Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA) simplifies electronic transfers between European countries, making these transactions easier and more efficient.
When giving a SEPA authorization to debit your account, you’ll need to present your International Bank Account Number (IBAN) and Bank Identifier Code (BIC).
Your Service Credit Union BIC is SCRUDE51XXX.
You’ll also need to request a 22-digit IBAN for a SEPA transfer, which is unique to each account holder. Obtain yours by calling our 24/7 Contact Center at 1.800.936.7730 (U.S. toll free) or 00800.4728.2000 (international toll free), or by visiting your local branch office. Your IBAN does not replace your account number, but should be protected in the same way.
If you have questions about SEPA, contact your local branch or the Foreign Exchange Department at fft@servicecu.org.
