Join us on Wednesday, November 18, at 11 a.m. for a FREE VA Homebuying class where we’ll walk you through the full VA homebuying journey. From budgeting and pre-qualification to what happens on closing day, we’ll cover it all. 

Service Credit Union is partnering with the Falmouth Community Veterans Center to offer an in-person homeownership and financial wellness event designed for veterans, active-duty service members and military families. This event will walk you through everything you need to know—from qualifying for a low or no down payment VA loan to everyday financial management.

Participants will also learn more about their VA home loan benefits, steps to prepare financially for purchasing a home and what to expect throughout the homebuying journey. By focusing on each attendee’s unique financial circumstances, the event aims to connect families with practical knowledge, supportive resources and tools to help them make your dream home a reality.
