  • All locations have an enhanced cleaning process, including frequent wiping down of counters.
  • Social distancing is in place at our branches, leaving 6 feet of space between them and others waiting in line.
  • Plexiglass has been installed at our branches and at our operational buildings.
  • Our Member Services team as well as back office staff are wearing masks to ensure your safety.
  • We are asking members who are sick to transact with us by phone or digitally.

Stimulus Payments

The IRS will be sending CARES Economic Relief Payments in waves over the next few months.

Eligible taxpayers who have direct deposit set up with the IRS will receive their funds in the account they used to set up direct deposit; while those without IRS direct deposit will receive their payment in the mail.

In late May, the IRS began sending payments to nearly 4 million recipients via prepaid debit card. These envelopes are marked “Money Network Cardholder Services” and are a legitimate mailing. If you received one of these cards, you will need to activate it using the phone number provided on the card, and may use it to make purchases online or in-person anywhere Visa® debit cards are accepted, as well as use it to get cash at any in-network ATM.

For a list of participating surcharge-free ATMs, as well as more information on how the card works, click here.

If you’ve received your stimulus payment, and are looking for an easy way to save even more, check out our Primary Savings Account to earn 5% APY*, or enjoy competitive rates with our Money Market Account.

Be on the Lookout for Scams

With more people at home anxiously checking the news, email and website scams are unfortunately on the rise. Keep an eye out for these common scams related to COVID-19, and visit our Security Center for more tips on keeping your information safe.

As the situation continues to evolve, we will continue to update this page along with FacebookInstagram, and Twitter to keep you informed.

As credit cards scams have also increased, we are excited to offer a fraud text alert service. Members will receive notification if there has been suspicious transaction on their debit or credit card, and will be able to respond “Yes or No” to whether they performed the transaction. This will help us help you stop card fraud before it’s too late.

If you require immediate assistance, do not hesitate to contact us through Live Chat or by phone at 800.936.7730 (U.S.) or 00800.4728.2000 (International).

*Annual Percentage Yield (APY) is accurate as of the last dividend declaration date of 06/01/2020 and subject to change without notice. Dividends paid on average daily balances of $500; variable APY of 5.00%. If average daily balance exceeds $500, the remaining balance will receive variable APY of 0.25%. A minimum deposit of $5 is required to open a Primary Savings account.

**Applies only to eligible loans. Real Estate, Business Loans, Lines of Credit and Credit Cards are not eligible. If you have already received a deferment due to COVID-19 you are not eligible. Your skipped payment will be added to the end of your loan term, and normal interest charges will continue to accumulate and may extend maturity. Minimum monthly payment must be at least $101 to qualify for Skip-A-Payment. Skipping a payment and late payment fees may reduce the amount of a Guaranteed Asset Protection (GAP) claim. Please refer to your GAP Policy for complete information. If you selected GAP, the coverage will not be extended beyond the original maturity date. All deferrals are subject to Service Credit Union approval. Eligibility requirements associated with this offer must be met, not limited to your loan(s) being current (have no amount past due). Loans that have a term greater than 12 months, which have been open for at least 9 months, and have 6 or more months of good payment history up until the due date being skipped, are eligible for Skip-A-Payment. You may choose to skip one payment on each eligible loan in June 2020. You must pay your prior months payment in order to become eligible for Skip-A-Payment. For example, you must pay your May payment before you can skip your payment in June. If you have already skipped two months payments between March and May 2020 you are not eligible for the June Skip-A-Pay. Both Borrower and Co-Borrower must agree to the request. Membership and all loans must be in good standing to qualify for promotion. Other restrictions may apply. Offer subject to change or be discontinued without notice.
