¹ Must be a member of Service CU with at least $5 in a Primary Savings account and open a new Everyday or Dividend checking account. To qualify for the bonus, new checking account must be opened via the promotional webpage associated with the offer during the promotion period. Checking account must be open and in good standing with at least 3 consecutive calendar months of recurring deposits totaling a minimum of $1,500 each calendar month into the new checking account within the first 90 days of account opening.  The term calendar month is defined as the period between the first day of a month and the last day of a month, for example November 1st through November 30th. Deposits must be new funds into the credit union and cannot be transferred from any other account held with Service Credit Union. Must complete a minimum of 5 point-of-sale transactions each month for at least 3 consecutive calendar months with each point-of-sale transaction being a minimum of $5. All qualification criteria must be met within the first 90 days of account opening. The bonus will be deposited into member’s Primary Savings account within 60 days of all criteria being met for qualifying members. Account may not be closed or restricted at the time of payout to receive the bonus. In order to qualify, must live in ME, VT, NH, MA,CT or RI and cannot be an employee of Service Credit Union. Dividend Checking has a variable Annual Percentage Yield (APY) of 0.15% accurate as of 11/01/2024; no minimum balance required to earn APY. If we in our sole discretion determine that you have engaged in abuse, misuse, or gaming in connection with this offer in any way or that you intend to do so, we may not credit the bonus to, we may freeze the bonus to, or we may take away bonus from your account. The credit union will issue a 1099-INT for tax purposes. This promotion is exclusively for members that do not currently, or have not previously, held any consumer checking account product with Service CU within the past 12 months. ² Immediate credit of your direct deposit to your Service CU account up to two (2) business days early is based upon when we receive your payroll from your employer. Discount will be applied to the APR that a member qualifies for based on creditworthiness and checking account tier. The collateral age and loan term may impact the APR offered.
