Data protection and privacy are core values for us at Service Federal Credit Union, and therefore we follow the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for our members in the European Union (EU), effective May 25, 2018. What does this mean for your child? If he or she is in the EU, we need to collect parent or guardian consent to maintain his or her account, as this qualifies as processing Personal Data under GDPR. Additionally, we would like your consent to send direct marketing materials to your child, such as the Money Mammals Savings Is Fun newsletter if they have opted in to this.

Please indicate your consent preferences with the checkboxes below. Note that if you do not provide consent for processing your child’s personal data, we will have to close his or her account. An explanation of SCU’s Personal Data processing activities is available in our SCU European Union Privacy Notice, which is also available in the Privacy Center on our website.

You may revoke your consent at any time. The SCU European Union Privacy Notice explains the rights you have with respect to you and your child’s Personal Data, including the right to access, correct, and object to data. You also have the right to object to third party direct marketing activities; this refers to when we use a third party to help us analyze or process your Personal Data to determine what products or services may be the most relevant to you.

By submitting this form, you indicate your understanding and consent as indicated below.
