Service Credit Union Alerts SMS Program – Terms of Service

1. To opt in, text SERVICE to 603603 from a U.S. phone number or text SERVICE to +49 176 888 69325 from your overseas phone number. By opting in to this service, you consent to receive mobile text alerts using an automatic telephone dialing system. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

2. When users opt in to the Service Credit Union Alerts SMS program, they can expect to receive important messages from Service Credit Union regarding account updates and general information about our products and services.

3. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the short code. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, simply reply SERVICE and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

4. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at 800.936.7730 (U.S.), 00800.4728.2000 (Int’l) or scu@servicecu.org.

5. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
