Service CU Makes It Easy to Pay Your Loan from Wherever You ArePay a Loan Online
Service CU offers three convenient ways to make loan payments online.
Pay a Loan in Online Banking
If you’re enrolled in Service CU online banking, you can pay your loan payment with no fee. Simply log in and find the loan you’d like to make a payment for under “Accounts” to pay directly from a Service CU account. To pay with an external account, go to “Pay Your Service CU Loan” in the online banking navigation bar or under the “More” menu in the Service CU mobile app.
Pay a Loan in Our Online Payment Portal
Not enrolled in Service CU online banking, but still want to make a payment online? Our Online Payment Portal makes it easy to pay your Service CU loan right from our website, either as a registered user, so that your information gets stored for next time, or as a guest.
Registered User
• Register a username and password
• Set up and store account information for future use
• Make a one-time or recurring loan payment using a Checking or Savings account
• No convenience fee
Guest User
• Make a same day or future one-time loan payment using a checking account, savings account or debit card. A payment will be credited to the loan on the day of the payment for all payments made by 11:59 p.m.
• $2.99 convenience fee
Pay a Loan By Phone
To make a self-service payment by phone, please call 833.216.7843 (U.S. only). A convenience fee of $4.99 is charged when making a self-serve payment by following the automated prompts. If you require assistance from a member services representative to make a payment by phone, please call 800.936.7730 (U.S.) or 00800.4728.2000 (Int’l) and ask to speak with an agent. A convenience fee of $9.99 will be charged for a phone payment made via a member services representative.
