Are you a friendly, motivated hard-worker who loves helping others? Service Credit Union, a top financial institution for U.S. military members and their families all over the world, is seeking a Contact Center Representative (CCR) to deliver exceptional service to its members via phone, chat, e-mail and video channels.

Pay starts at $17.75, and increases based on experience. Hours are full-time (at least 30 hours a week), with many opportunities for overtime pay.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Good organizational skills with proven ability to multi-task
  • Ability to recognize and resolve member issues promptly, using courtesy and tact
  • Customer service, retail or call center experience preferred but not required
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
