Beginning January 21, 2020, our branches located in New Hampshire and Massachusetts will have new business hours because we’ve noticed a change in the way our members do business. We are adapting to better fit our members’ needs. Due to all the digital tools available, fewer members are coming to branches. As a result, we will be modifying branch hours to better allocate resources and enhance your overall experience with us.

Why are we changing the hours?

We are responding to the way members are conducting transactions. We’ve seen a surge in online and mobile transactions and there has been a decline in branch transactions, specifically in the times that are being affected.

The new hours do not align with my schedule. How can I continue to utilize the branches?

We are changing hours to specifically overlap in order to make sure you’re covered. All of our Walmart branches stay open until 6 to 7 pm on weekdays with our traditional stand-alone branches operating until 5 to 6 time. Several of our Walmart locations are located within a few miles of a Service CU stand-alone branch making it convenient for you to access.
