How It Works:
- Link External Accounts: Securely connect your external credit card and bank accounts through Subscription Manager.
- Scan for Subscriptions: The system scans these accounts for recurring charges.
- View Results: Receive a detailed list of all active subscriptions, including those not affiliated with your primary bank.
- Start Tracking All Your Subscriptions: Manage, cancel, or transfer these subscriptions to your Service CU account for easier tracking.
One Click Cancellation
Save time and energy by avoiding customer service calls and chat bots. Cancel unwanted subscriptions with a single click.
How It Works:
- Select a Subscription: Navigate to your subscription list and select the subscriptionyou want to cancel.
- Click Cancel: Click the “Cancel” button next to the subscription. If the service isauto-cancel enabled, provide your credentials so we can cancel it for you.
- Confirmation: Receive a confirmation message indicating the subscription has been successfully canceled, along with the amount you saved.

Stay informed with timely notifications about your subscriptions. Get alerts via email or in-app notifications about upcoming bills, recent charges, and potential savings opportunities. Receive weekly reports detailing upcoming bills, so you avoid unexpected charges and never miss a payment.
Find and Migrate External Subscriptions to Your Service CU Account
With Subscription Manager, you can detect subscriptions paid via other credit cards or bank accounts and migrate them to your Service CU account. By moving your subscriptions to Service CU, you’ll unlock access to tracking and cancellation features*, simplifying how you manage your services.
When a subscription is paid through your Service CU account, you’ll be able to:
- Track daily subscription details, such as past charges, total spend, renewal date, and payment method, directly in your Service CU app
- Receive notifications before your service renews, along with weekly reminders of upcoming charges
- Sync subscription renewals to your personal calendar for better visibility of upcoming bills
- Cancel with one click
If you choose not to move services paid with an external account to a Service CU account, you will still see basic information such as historical charges, and will be able to cancel using guided instructions, but not one-click cancellation.
Calendar Sync

How It Works:
- Access Calendar Sync: Navigate to the Calendar Sync section within Subscription Manager.
- Select Calendar: Choose your preferred calendar (e.g., Google Calendar, Outlook).
- Sync Subscriptions: Subscription renewal dates and bill payments are automatically added to your selected calendar.
- Receive Reminders: Get reminders and notifications directly in your personal calendar about upcoming charges and renewals.
