Our Training and Hiring Process

This is the process we follow to add only the best to the Service CU Team. If you have any questions, please contact Human Resources at resumes@servicecu.org.


Step 1

Find your dream job by searching through our available positions.


Step 2

Apply online. Don’t forget your cover letter and resume. Be sure to double-check what documents the application requires.


Step 3

All applications are reviewed. A representative from Human resources may reach out to schedule an interview but you will only be contacted if your application meets the qualifications of the position.


Step 4

Preliminary interview with Human Resources.


Step 5

If you passed the preliminary prescreen interview- next step is an in-person interview with the hiring manager.


Step 6

If you are selected for the position the next step is extending an offer and starting the full background check process. Welcome to the SCU team!
